When does the event take place?

The Hangar Amelia Island takes place on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST.

ENTRY & ADMISSION

When will I receive my entrance pass?

Entrance passes will be emailed to attendees upon registration.

What is the admission process?

To facilitate contactless entry, all guests will be required to present their entrance pass (QR code) on a smartphone. Guests can display more than one entrance ticket on the same smartphone.

When does check-in open?

Check-in opens for attendees at 3:00 p.m. EST.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

Where is parking and check-in located?

Please be directed to Bent Wing Flight Services (located at 680 Airport Road, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034) for both event parking & check-in.

Should you be arriving via rideshare, please utilize the same address for drop-off.

Shuttles will be running to and from the Ritz-Carlton.

Do I need a parking pass?

Your entrance pass for the event also provides you with the necessary credential required for event parking.

AT THE EVENT

Is there seating available?

Seating on the grounds is limited.

Is food and beverage available?

Food and beverage stations will be positioned across the event and available to attendees from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST.  

What is the requirement for children to attend?

Children are welcome to attend, although please note that any individual five [5] years of age or older will require their own entrance ticket.

May I bring my pet(s) to the event?

Only accredited service animals are permitted at the event.

Are strollers allowed at the event?

Strollers are permitted.

What is the dress code?

We encourage guests to consider our dress code ‘Late Afternoon Smart Casual’.

Will restrooms be accessible?

Restrooms will be available on event grounds.

WHERE TO STAY?

We recommend the following hotels: The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, The Omni Amelia Island Resort, SpringHill Suites by Marriot Amelia Island, and The Addison Amelia Island. Alternatively, Airbnb also offers great options.
